Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the NutriCare platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users in Vietnam and internationally.

2. Description of Service

NutriCare is a nutrition management platform providing: food databases, recipe discovery, meal planning tools, clinical nutrition assessments, patient management, dietitian consultations, and related tools. NutriCare operates as a connecting platform, NOT as a healthcare provider.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent. NutriCare reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms at any time.

5. Consultation Services

NutriCare provides the platform for dietitians/nurses and patients/clients to exchange information and book consultations. NutriCare is NOT a party to any consultation, treatment, or advice. Any advice, meal plans, or assessments are the sole responsibility of the healthcare professional who provides them. NutriCare does not verify the accuracy of any nutrition advice given through the platform.

The relationship between dietitians/nurses and patients/clients is entirely between those parties. NutriCare will not participate in or intervene in any disputes between users. All parties must resolve any issues through all available means on their own.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

Some features require payment or subscription. Prices are subject to change. Consultation payments between patients and dietitians are direct transactions between both parties — NutriCare only displays payment information (QR codes) provided by the professional. NutriCare does not process, hold, or guarantee any consultation payments.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create (recipes, community posts, assessments). However, you grant NutriCare a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content on the platform. NutriCare reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You may not: (a) use the Service for unlawful purposes; (b) post false or harmful information; (c) impersonate others; (d) interfere with the operation of the Service; (e) collect user data without authorization; (f) use unauthorized bots or automated tools.

9. Limitation of Liability

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NutriCare, its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Intellectual Property

NutriCare, its logo, interface, and source code are owned by Vietnam Directory. The food database is based on the Vietnamese Food Composition Table (VNFCT 2017). You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any part of the Service without written permission.

12. Termination

NutriCare may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes shall be resolved at competent courts in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. For international users, disputes may be resolved through arbitration under the rules of VIAC (Vietnam International Arbitration Centre).

14. Changes to Terms

NutriCare reserves the right to change these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
