Go to Meal Plans and click 'New Meal Plan'

Select a patient (or create one) and set the date range

Add foods, recipes, or supplements to each meal slot (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks)

Review the daily nutrient totals and adjust portions as needed

Save as draft or activate the plan — it will appear in the patient's record and Meal Service view

Enable 'Meal Service View' in your Profile settings (toggle ON)

Go to Patients page — you'll see a 'Meal Service' tab next to 'Client List'

Filter by ward, date, and meal slot (breakfast, lunch, dinner) to see today's meals

Click the checkbox next to each item to mark it as served — optionally set consumption percentage

Go to Assessments page — you'll see recommended tools based on your profile

Select an assessment type (MUST, MNA, BMI Calculator, etc.)

Fill in the form — scores calculate in real-time as you enter data

Complete the assessment to generate a risk level and recommendations

View results, print report, or create a meal plan based on the assessment findings

Go to Admin → Users as a dietitian

Click 'Invite' to generate a shareable signup link for your organization

Copy the link and share it, or use 'Send Invite Email' to email it directly

You can set a password on the link and choose which roles are allowed to register

When someone registers via the link, all dietitians in your organization receive an email notification

Go to Recipes and click 'Create Recipe'

Enter the recipe name, description, meal type, region, and cooking instructions

Search and add ingredients from the food database

Set portion sizes — nutrition totals calculate automatically

Submit for review — a dietitian or admin will approve it for the community

Go to the Nutritionists page from the main menu or landing page

Filter by specialty (diabetes, kidney, weight loss, etc.), location, or availability

View a nutritionist's profile — check their qualifications, experience, specialties, and consultation price

Click 'Request Consultation' — choose online, in-person, or document review, then describe your concern

The nutritionist will receive your request and respond — you'll be notified when they accept or reply

Go to your Profile page and fill in your professional details — title, bio, years of experience, and license number

Add your specialty tags (diabetes, kidney, oncology, etc.) and select your service modes (online, in-person, document review)

Toggle 'Available for Consultations' ON so patients can find and book you

4

Upload your payment QR code (bank transfer or e-wallet) — this will be shown to patients when they pay for consultations

5

Set your consultation price (VND) — patients will see this on your profile before requesting a session

6

Make sure your profile is set to 'Public' so it appears in the Nutritionist Directory — ask an admin if needed
